aviatop aerial mapping services was established to accomplish from “above” our long experience in surface and underground projects by using all the potentialities that Unmanned Aerial Vehicles offer. Along with our strategic partner AEROSCAN we are creating from a simple city 3D model and digital twin, to visual intelligence and metaverse data. Unmanned and remotely-piloted aircrafts follow a pre-programmed path for take off, flight, and landing. Equipped with HD / IR / Thermal cameras/LiDAR, they capture aerial images, videos or point cloud, over a defined area and a specified height with a needed overlap between the image exposures.
Data collected by drones is immediately uploaded to our cloud application Aespect for data management and secure storage. Through Aespect we give access to collected data through the browser, for the direct analysis of photography and 3D data or the export data to third-party software Identify objects to count, measure or monitor. Aespect features advanced analysis tools. Manually draw polygons and classify the attributes with a custom form. Overlay 3D data in the fully customizable GIS webGL engine. All information derived from visual material or 3D geometry is georeferenced and can be exported to existing GIS databases to improve, validate or expand cities.
Aviatop today operates using:
CAMERAS
LiDAR
Archeological assessment surveys, detail mapping, Plantation inventory, land acquisition, quality assessment, disease detection and control, post-disaster mapping & post-storm assessment are some of our services....

We combine the technical capabilities of programmable unmanned aviation systems with sensor data collection. Data is processed through our scalable processing cluster. Data models and deliverables are published in our Cesium based web application.
Feeding digital city database
from unmanned systems
We use unmanned aviation
systems equipped with sensors in
order to get maximum flexibility in
monitoring a city.
Geographical registered data
sources can be collected
individually and offer combined
information for resolving issues of
a city, district or object level.
BGT = Large scale topographic
inventory data and occurrence of
physical objects within the city
WOZ = Real estate value
estimation provisions for real
estate and objects on detailed
conditional level
Spatial analytics with AI
In addition to data production,
Aeroscan provides a software
application Aespect, with which
information can be extracted from
data recorded.
Custom analyzes can be
developed in an automate
processes with the help of AI,
upon request.
